Q: What is the Amalfi Affiliate Program?
The Amalfi Affiliate Program will pay you every time you refer your visitors to purchse Amalfi stone cleaning products from your site. Joining the Amalfi Affiliate Program is not only a way to make money, but it can also add value to your site by providing your visitors with our 100% satisfaction guarantee product line of stone cleaners and sealers.
Q: How do I get started with the affiliate program?
It's a simple three-step process: read the Operating Agreement, fill out the Affiliate Application, and when Amalfi accepts your application, you will be notified via email about how to link to us and start earning money.
Q: Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?
Only websites from the United States are able to sign up and take advantage of the Amalfi Affiliate program, but any sites in English and based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia are eligible to participate in the Amalfi Affiliate Program. Also, commission payments for affiliates will be made in U.S. dollars only.
Q: Why do I have to provide my social security number?
We need this information for tax filing purposes. We need your Social Security number, because if your calendar-year commissions exceed $600, Amalfi must issue you a Form 1099MISC at the end of the calendar year that must be filed with Form 1040.
Q: Does my Web site qualify for the Amalfi Affiliate Program?
Anyone can apply for the program. However, Amalfi reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism; or feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography will be deemed unacceptable for the Amalfi Affiliate Program.
Q: I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with Amalfi?
No, you must have an existing Web site in order to become a Amalfi affiliate.
Q: How does Amalfi track members coming from my Web site?
Amalfi uses Commission Cartú which is the next generation of Internet E-Commerce, boasting not only a full-featured Shopping Cart but one of the most powerful Affiliate programs available to track members whom you refer to AmalfiProducts.com.
Q: How can I keep track of how many people from my site purchase with Amalfi?
Simply log in to your Amalfi user name and password at www.AmalfiProducts.com to access your account, where you will be able to track your online statistics, including sales to-date, clicks to-date, commissions to-date and commissions awaiting approval.
Q: How much will I earn for each registered member whom I refer to www.AmalfiProducts.com?
You will receive 10% commision per Amalfi sale that you refer from your site. No commisions shall be payable if a customer's order is refunded, cancelled, or not approved.
Q: When and how do I get paid?
You will be paid monthly by check when your Amalfi account reaches a minimum of $25. If your earnings are less than $25, the amount will be carried over to the next month. Commission checks are issued within 35 days of the end of each month.
Q: Where will I find Amalfi banners, buttons, and text links?
Simply log in to your Amalfi account at www.AmalfiProducts.com to access the variety of linking options.
Q: How can I download graphics and logos from Amalfi to my Web site?
All the graphics and logos are hosted on the Amalfi server, and the linking codes at www.AmalfiProducts.com include the code for the graphics. You may not host any Amalfi graphics on your site.
Q: May I link to Amalfi from more than one Web site?
Yes. You are welcome to link to Amalfi from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography. Submit the URLs for all sites, which you plan to use to promote Amalfi, via email to: affiliates@amalfiproducts.com.
Maintaining My Amalfi Affiliate Account
Q: How can I promote Amalfi?
Amalfi will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. We have found that the text links are the most effective marketing tool for generating Amalfi membership registrations. In addition to your Web site, you may promote Amalfi through an opt-in mailing list.
Q: How will my visitors register for the Amalfi membership?
Your graphic and text links will take your visitors right to Amalfi, so that registration is quick and easy.
Q: How can I change my affiliate account information?
Simply log in to www.AmalfiProducts.com, and scroll to the bottom of the page to update your account information.
Q: Can I change or personalize the images provided by Amalfi?
No. It is not permissible to change or personalize any Amalfi images.
Q: Can I use Amalfi in my URL or in the name of my site?
No. The use of Amalfi or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from the affiliate program. In such a case when you breach the affiliate agreement, you thereby forfeit any earned commissions.
Q: What kind of advertising can I do?
Be creative-write a newsletter for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about Amalfi, write an article. Note that you may use any copy on www.AmalfiProducts.com, but if you wish to write your own copy, you must send it to Amalfi at affiliates@amalfiproducts.com for review.
Q: What kind of advertising is prohibited?
You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
Q: Can I do a press release or other kind of announcement regarding my affiliation with Amalfi?
No. Amalfi will issue any announcements to the media.
