Amalfi Return Policy

You may return an item for a full refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery of a shipment. Follow the steps below to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner. You may return any of the items you purchased from A. Amalfi, Inc. unopened in its original container for any reason for a full refund minus shipping and handling. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 48 hours after delivery.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

* If you would like to return a product and receive a replacement, please email our customer support department at shipping@amalfiproducts.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Include your full name, order number, and product you would like to be replaced for reference. Only returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted.

* To return a product for a full refund, please email shipping@amalfiproducts.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for a return on the products and full refund of your order. Please include your full name, order number, and product you would like to be return for refund for reference. Only returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted for a full refund.

For fastest service please use email for all correspondence. Contacting us by phone will only delay the processing of your return or request.

The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. Only returns with a valid RMA# will be accepted. This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.

Return the product in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice with your return, if possible.

Ship your return by USPS first class mail to the company address on your original invoice.
